This always seems to happen to me, and although I know that the actor I’m crushing on that no one’s ever heard of will eventually get noticed (they always do. I guess I have the eye), it still irks me that all of the sudden everyone’s creaming themselves over so and so when I was all alone back in 2000-whatever putting in blood, sweat, and tears building their first fan sites and pimping those motherfuckers when nobody gave a shit.

I mean, I was in love with Matt Czuchry back when he first showed up on Young Americans and now that he’s on The Good Wife being awesome everyone’s like, “OMG, Matt Czuchry!!” Same with Sebastian Stan. Been with him since The Covenant, built the very first fan site for him and ran it for years when there was no info, no pictures, nothing. But I kept truckin’ because I knew that one day people would see what I saw.

Now don’t get me wrong. I’m happy as hell for them. Although I’ve pretty much moved on from my fangirl obsessions with both, my actor boyfriends always have a special place in my heart and I continue to follow them even when I’m stanning for someone else. It’s just that I remember when the Matt and Sebastian tags on tumblr were dead and now everyone’s losing their shit with pictures and GIFs and face claims and whatnot. It’s like WTF. Ya’ll are a little tardy to the party is all I’m saying

Anyway, please, ladies, continue to loose your shit over them. They’re worth it, but damn. What took you all so fucking long?

I should print this out and hang it above my monitor.
Another piece of good advice is that you don’t have to write in chronological order. I have all these scenes in my head that I’m holding out on because I’m not at that point in the story yet. I should just go a head and write them. I can put them together in sensible way later.
